Sorry I’ve been such a slacker with the blogging thing. I didn’t realize until I started this post that I haven’t posted anything since last month’s Paper Pumpkin kit! I have been stamping and I do have some things to share. I’ve just been incredibly busy with trying to keep my head above water with my work and classes.
I’ve got three more weeks of the fall semester and hopefully I can get back on track.
Guess what?! The Online Extravaganza is HERE!! I’m having some issues with my online store, but you can click below to be routed to the Stampin’ Up! website and you can either enter my name as your demonstrator if you wish to order, or you can contact me directly.
Anyways, today I want to share this month’s Paper Pumpkin kit. I’d have to say that it’s my favorite Christmas kit, and one of my favorite overall kits. The kit is called Winter Wonderland and it comes with supplies to create eight beautiful cards, envelopes included. It has a sweet stamp set and it comes with TWO ink spots.
Good morning! I received my October 2016 Paper Pumpkin kit this week and I was excited to make up a card right away! This kit includes fall stamps, a chocolate chip ink spot, and supplies to make 8 shaker cards. These are super cute in person!
Good morning! I just had to share the video for this embossing folder with you! I chose the Wrapped in Warmth stamp set as an incentive that Stampin’ Up! offered. I didn’t even notice the embossing folder at the time, but now I HAVE to get it!! I have a feeling I know what I’m using for this year’s Christmas cards!!
It’s hard to believe that it’s already Wednesday! That’s the thing about having a lot going on- the days go so fast! Too bad time couldn’t slow down, at least on the weekends 🙂
Speaking of time going fast, I was a little late in getting out cards to two very special people who had birthdays this week. Monday was Danielle’s birthday. She is my oldest nephew’s girlfriend and my great nephew’s mama. I don’t get to see her often and I’m still getting to know her well, but she’s been a nice addition to our family. Yesterday was the birthday of my youngest nephew, Zeeke. He is eight!
This is the quick card I made for Zeeke. It was inspired by a Pinterest card by Brian King.
Hi there! Long time no see! You may have noticed that I took several weeks away from posting. I have had a lot going on with being back to work, taking fall classes, and being present in my health & fitness coaching position. It has been difficult to balance those three things with home/family life which has led to a decrease in my crafting/blogging time. I wanted to let you know that I’m still here though!
So today’s post is not so much of a “spoiler alert” since this is September’s Paper Pumpkin kit and it is now October!! But if you have not yet seen it, this post is for you 🙂
This kit came with 16 tubes and lots of tags, in addition to the stamps, ink, accessories, and adhesive. I have seen people fill them with candy, hot cocoa mix, bath salts, glitter, tiny bells, etc. I only made up this one until I figure out the best way to use them to fit my needs for the upcoming holiday(s).
Happy Wednesday! I have another “thank you” card to share with you today.
I used the Love and Affection stamp set for this card, as well as the coordinating designer series paper and embossing folder. I wish I had some copper thread to put behind the banner, but I have not yet purchased any!
